the location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Plus, there were two metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore other areas of the city. the hotel had spacious rooms, fully-equipped bathrooms, and a cozy restaurant with excellent breakfast options that were served A la Carte.

We recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in a luxurious neighborhood. It was a refreshing change from the busy touristy center. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and boutiques nearby. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant, and they went out of their way to assist us with dinner reservations and fixing our reservation issue. the room was beautifully decorated and spacious, and the bathroom, although needing a little updating, was clean and functional. the hotel also had a restaurant that served delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee. the hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable stay in a prime location.
The hotel lacked in some aspects of service. the staff, aside from one friendly concierge, were not proficient in English and were sometimes unhelpful.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Location could not be better..no "touristy" things in sight. The staff is gracious, the rooms are lovely, very tasteful. I would not consider visiting Madrid without staying at the Adler.

I recently celebrated the New Year at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure all our needs were met. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. the hotel offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast each morning, providing a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
While my stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, which took away from the overall cleanliness.

Love love love this place. As someone else said, it's not for partiers, but if you're just shopping, and chilling and want a beautiful, quiet and luxurious place to stay in Madrid, this is it! I had to move to another hotel for the start of a tour the next day and I almost cried at the difference. Adler spoiled me rotten and I love them for it!

From the moment we walked through the door to the reception we knew we had chosen a warm, stylish hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms were smart and beautifully decorated and although street side the noise wasn't too intrusive. The neighbourhood was a little away from the main sights of Madrid but not at all touristy and with plenty of restaurants and cafes round about. A wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with fresh towels and toiletries always being replaced while I was out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who provided excellent directions for restaurants and went above and beyond to assist with our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect - in a busy residential neighborhood that was close to everything yet just far enough away to guarantee a quiet night.
Could not be improved in any way.

Lovely bedroom with plenty of room.
The bathroom was somewhat dated. The bath/'shower' unit was dark with a shower curtain that smelled like mildew. The 'shower' consisted of a hand held sprayer that was supposed to fit into a mount on the wall but did not.

It was a very discrete quite safe hotel and area for a single traveller. It was useful that internet is inculded in the room rate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Closed to shops and near to the three big museums.
